I always had a keen passion and deep fascination for why people do what they do and how to help them perform better. I have always gotten into deep discussions with people to understand their point of view. This led me to my first master\u2019s degree; MBA <\/span>which was followed by a<\/span> CIPD accredited <\/span>Master\u2019s degree<\/span> from Middlesex University London in Human Resource Development.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

I\u2019m the former talent acquisition & training Manager at two banks.<\/span> Looking back, I <\/span>always<\/span> took pride in identifying new talent and nurturing people to work in organizations they loved.
